Processing and Shipping
Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
During this period, your order is prepared, packed, and dispatched.
Delivery Time: 7–9 business days.
The delivery time starts counting after your order has been shipped.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow your parcel until delivery.
Note: during peak seasons or due to customs procedures, delivery times may vary slightly.
Free Shipping
All orders include free shipping with tracking.
High-value orders may require a signature upon delivery.
Address Verification and Cancellations
We may request confirmation of your address or identity.
If we do not receive a reply within 48 hours, the order may be canceled.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
Damaged parcels: please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the damaged item.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Lost parcels: if the carrier confirms delivery, our responsibility ends.
